CHOOSE YOUR ONE TOP GOAL

S ome people operate just like machines at achieving their goals – they get up at 4 am every morning, drink some juice, run for an hour, take a swim, get home, make a nutritious high protein breakfast, get dressed, look amazing, do a little dance, write things they are thankful for in their gratitude journal, and out the door they go! I’m exhausted just writing this! Seriously – what they are doing is phenomenal for their health and bodies.

And all their hard physical training may also help to assist in accomplishing other goals in different areas such as; career, academic studies, having energy for their children, attracting a partner – the list is endless. Can you guess what their ONE TOP GOAL is though? I’d say you are pretty spot on if you said they are working on their health and improving their body.

How do I know this? Because when I lost 24 kgs I was working out a minimum of 2hrs a day and being very conscientious about eating carbs and increasing my protein intake. I wasn’t exercising at 4 am in the morning though! Different people have achieved the same results applying different strategies. Maybe it isn’t your ONE TOP GOAL this year to lose weight, run a marathon, build your muscles or train for the Olympics. Just thank the universe the rest of us mere mortals don’t have to turn ourselves into pretzels and are still getting shit done!
